3. Eligibility and Prescription Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Reside in Canada
  • Provide accurate personal and health information
  • Have a valid prescription for prescription medications

3.2 Prescription Medications

All prescription medications require a valid prescription from a licensed Canadian healthcare provider. By using our services, you authorize us to:

  • Verify your prescription with the prescribing healthcare provider
  • Contact your healthcare provider for clarification when necessary
  • Maintain records of your prescription as required by law

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of Ontario.
