How the Online Consultation Process Works
Step-by-Step Guide
- Complete the Form: Fill out our secure medical questionnaire with your personal and health information.
- Physician Review: A Canadian-licensed physician reviews your submission, typically within 24 business hours.
- Follow-up (If Needed): The doctor may request additional information or schedule a brief video call.
- Prescription Decision: If appropriate, the physician will issue a prescription to our partner pharmacy.
- Medication Delivery: Your medication is dispensed and shipped discreetly to your Canadian address.
Consultation Fees
We charge a $45 consultation fee which includes:
- Physician assessment and prescription (if appropriate)
- Unlimited follow-up questions for 30 days
- Coordination with our pharmacy
Note: Medication costs are separate and will be charged by the pharmacy.
About Your Prescription
Validity and Renewals
Prescriptions issued through our service:
- Are valid at any Canadian pharmacy
- Typically cover a 3-6 month supply (depending on medication)
- Can be renewed through our service when needed
Prescription Transfer
If you prefer to use your local pharmacy:
- We will send the prescription electronically to your preferred pharmacy
- You can pick up your medication in person
- Standard pharmacy dispensing fees apply
