Hemangini Shashikant Patel

Hemangini is an internationally graduated Dentist and has completed post postgraduate diploma in health care administration. After spending four years in the dental and medical fields, she decided to dive into biomedical research. Currently, she is working on a project in the Simpson lab for the prediction of medical endpoints for patients who have colorectal liver metastases. Her approach involves the combination of radiomic features and using machine learning models to make valuable contributions to healthcare.

Outside of the lab, she enjoys cooking, making beaded jewelry, watching movies, and exploring the world of entrepreneurship.
