Applying for a Teaching Follow Position

Candidates must be enrolled in a M.Sc. or PhD programme, and teaching experience preferably at the University level in Computer Science.

Teaching Assistants and Teaching Fellows at Queen’s University are governed by the Collective Agreement between the Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) and the University. A candidate qualified to teach may be considered for appointment to a Teaching Fellow position as defined by the Collective Agreement for Graduate Teaching Assistants and Teaching Fellows at Queen’s University between PSAC and Queen’s University. Remuneration will be in accordance with the Collective Agreement, and appointments are subject to funding or enrolment criteria.

Applications should include a complete and current curriculum vitae, and a short note or email from at least one referee, normally their supervisor, as well as any other relevant materials the candidate wishes to submit for consideration such as a teaching dossier or student evaluations, etc.
