Queen’s School of Computing fourth year student Lucas Marcelli is featured in an Ottawa Citizen article entitled “Code for Kids Introducing Kids to Computer Science“. A new article in the Globe and Mail features more on this practical and innovative program that gives kids a head start in computing.
SAIL receives OCE VIP program grant
Congratulations to Professor Ahmed Hassan (Director, Software Analysis and Intelligence Lab) whose group has received a new grant through the OCE VIP program to work with inBay Technologies in Ottawa.
The funding comes from five different organizations at the private, provincial, and federal levels: inBay, OCE, NSERC (Engage), Connect Canada (internship), and NRC IRAP.
